Upload your logo (a PNG with a transparent background looks best), choose how big and how faded it should be, and it's placed on every page of your PDF. Use a light, centred logo for branding, or a tiled pattern to discourage copying of portfolios and price lists.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add a logo to every page of a PDF?

Open your PDF here, choose your logo image, adjust size and transparency, and click Add watermark. The logo is added to all pages (or the pages you choose).

Can the logo be removed by someone else?

A normal watermark can be deleted with some PDF editors. Tick Make it hard to remove (flatten) to turn each page into an image, so the logo becomes part of the page.

What logo file works best?

A PNG with a transparent background at least 500 pixels wide. JPG works too but shows a white box around the logo.

How do I add a watermark to a PDF?

Add the PDF, type your text (or choose Image / logo), adjust how it looks, click Add watermark and download.
