Sign on plain white paper with a black or dark blue pen, take a photo in good light, and add it here. We clean it up — the paper becomes pure white and the ink darker — then resize it to your form's limit. The 10–20 KB range many exam forms use is pre-set; change it if your form says something else.
Tips for the best result
- Sign in the middle of the paper and photograph it from straight above, with no shadows.
- Crop the photo close to the signature first if your phone's editor allows it.
- If your form gives dimensions (for example 140 × 60 px or 6 × 2 cm), choose Pixels or cm and pick Add white border so nothing is cut off.

Frequently asked questions
How do I resize my signature for an online form?
Photograph your signature on white paper, add it here, check the KB range matches your form (10–20 KB is pre-set) and click Compress image.
Can it remove the grey background from my signature photo?
Yes. Clean signature background is on by default: the paper becomes pure white and the ink becomes darker and even.
Is my signature uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your device, so your signature never leaves it.
How do I reduce an image size to a specific KB?
Add your photo, type the maximum size in KB (for example 50), click Compress image and download. The result shows its exact size so you can check it before uploading.
My form needs the photo between 20 KB and 50 KB. Can I do that?
Yes. Type 20 in Minimum and 50 in Maximum. If your photo is very small, we enlarge it or raise the file size so it reaches the minimum without changing how it looks.
Can I compress a photo on my phone?
Yes. It works in Chrome, Safari and other browsers on Android and iPhone. The compressed photo is saved to your Downloads or Files app.
